“We met Joel Morales and First Option Builders in late 2017, and he and his team have completed numerous projects for us. Joel is an excellent craftsmen, communicator, idea person, and problem solver. He had excellent foresight before and during our projects that prevented us from having an issue down the road. Joel completed specialty wood flooring installation with base and shoe molding, fireplace detail and mantel, back porch enclosure, deck, front porch columns, entry arch, garage steps and ramp, door hardware, as well as numerous specialty items. All were excellent! He is the only person we want to complete our work as we have full confidence in his abilities. I am semi-retired after 50 years in the construction industry and know Joel checks all the boxes.
We have referred Joel to several folks who needed his type of expertise, and he has completed their projects with excellence just he has completed ours.”
